What if I want to know if my team is on the way?A confirmation text message will be sent the day prior to your cleaning to confirm arrival time and service reminders.

Do I have to be home while my house is being cleaned?No. When you work with our team, you’ll develop a plan to have our team enter your property at your convenience. Our team is screened and background-checked to provide you peace of mind.

Will my house be inspected after every clean?Our Quality Control Inspectors inspect our teams on a regular basis. They may enter your home after the team leaves. Vivid Glowl Cleaning does these inspections to ensure the highest quality standards for our house cleaning services.

How do I cancel a cleaning service with Vivid Glowl Cleaning?You may contact us at 610-638-8559 to assist you in canceling or rescheduling your cleaning. To reschedule a clean, we ask that you please put in the request at least 48 hours in advance of your next clean. In the event that you cancel a service, the initial deposit will be applied for a future service. Keep in mind, there also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home. Driveways and sidewalks must be cleared and accessible. Holidays may also necessitate a schedule change. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.

What if I want to tip my cleaners?Are you happy with your Vivid Glowl Experience and want to show appreciation to your team? Tipping is a great way to do so. Tips may be left at the time of the clean, or can be processed via Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Make sure to add the team member’s name on the memo line.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?At Vivid Glowl Cleaning, we value your trust, and we work hard to earn it with every cleaning service we provide. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
